Beth’s Blessing II is one of Addiction Recovery Care (ARC)’s women’s residential sites in rural Eastern Kentucky, located near Tyner in Jackson County. The program is part of ARC’s broader network of women-focused residential centers, which together create a continuum of options for female clients depending on clinical needs, parenting circumstances, and stage of recovery. Beth’s Blessing II is CARF accredited as part of ARC’s network-wide accreditation.
The clinical model at Beth’s Blessing II reflects ARC’s four-pillar approach: evidence-based clinical care, medical services, a spiritual emphasis through 12-step and chaplaincy, and vocational programming through the Crisis to Career pathway. Medication-assisted treatment is part of the medical pillar, with naltrexone available alongside other addiction pharmacotherapies for residents whose recovery is supported by medication. Individual and group therapy form the day-to-day clinical structure, with peer support specialists providing lived-experience mentorship.

When residents need medical detox or higher-acuity care, they can transition into Bellefonte’s psychiatric hospital and detox unit within the same network; when ready to step down, outpatient services and ARC Anywhere telehealth provide continuity. Admissions, including Casey’s Law civil-commitment referrals, can be initiated through ARC’s central admissions infrastructure.
