About MedMark Treatment Centers Sacramento
MedMark Treatment Centers Sacramento operates an outpatient clinic at 7240 East Southgate Drive, Suite G in Sacramento, California, serving Sacramento County and the surrounding region. The clinic is one of more than 50 MedMark locations across the country and part of BayMark Health Services, the parent company supporting opioid treatment programs nationwide.
The Sacramento clinic delivers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, combining FDA-approved medications such as methadone and buprenorphine with substance use counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. MAT is the medically recognized standard of care for opioid use disorder, reducing cravings and easing withdrawal so clients can engage with the behavioral and supportive work of long-term recovery.
As a CARF-accredited and federally certified Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), the clinic follows structured clinical protocols and is set up to serve adult men and women across Sacramento. Pregnant women receive care suited to the special considerations of opioid treatment during pregnancy. Services are available in English and Korean, which expands access to Sacramento’s diverse community.
Clinical leadership across the MedMark network includes Patrice Oliver, RN, Vice President of Nursing Services; Emily Cole, LPC-S, Vice President of Counseling Services; and Medical Reviewers Sergio Huerta, MD, FASAM and Peter Kassis, MD, FASAM. The clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, TRICARE, and self-pay. Call (916) 330-3747 to begin the intake process.
