About
About Aspire Health Partners
Aspire Health Partners is the largest behavioral health organization in Central Florida, headquartered in downtown Orlando with a network of facilities across Orange County. The 100 West Columbia Street address anchors the substance use treatment line, with additional Aspire sites including Kassab Plaza on West Kennedy Boulevard, Princeton Plaza on Mercy Drive, and the Adanson Street administrative campus. The organization operates as a behavioral healthcare nonprofit and is one of the few Central Florida providers offering a complete continuum of substance use, mental health, and crisis services.
Clinically, Aspire is structured for breadth. SAMHSA records list medical detox, outpatient programming, intensive outpatient (IOP), and a SAMHSA-certified Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). The program manages co-occurring disorders, trauma/PTSD, and the criminal justice referrals that come through Florida’s Marchman Act and Baker Act pathways — Aspire’s site explicitly describes its role in both involuntary commitment processes. The organization also serves as a free Narcan distribution site, an HIV testing site, and a designated provider for priority substance abuse admissions under Florida statute.
The served-population mix is unusually broad for a single provider: pregnant women, HIV/AIDS patients, Deaf and hard-of-hearing patients (with published Auxiliary Aids Services), and court-ordered referrals are all explicitly documented in SAMHSA. Spanish-language assistance is available through dedicated extensions (407-875-3700 ext. 3221), and CBT is recorded as the core therapeutic method. Payment is one of the broadest in the region — Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, TRICARE, self-pay, sliding-scale fees, financial assistance, and state insurance are all listed in SAMHSA, supported by published price transparency and financial assistance information.
Leadership functions including Media and Government Relations, Business Development, and Community Relations are handled by Todd Dixon. The Access Center at 407-875-3700 x 6115 or 6567 handles new-patient intake. Aspire is CARF-accredited, and the organization publishes its own community health needs assessment, board of directors information, and annual reports — markers of a transparent, mission-driven safety-net behavioral health provider in Central Florida.
