About Biloxi Treatment Center
Biloxi Treatment Center, operating as part of the New Season network, is located at 1989 Pass Road in Biloxi, Mississippi on the Gulf Coast. New Season has provided opioid use disorder care since 1986 and operates more than 80 treatment centers across 20 states. The Biloxi clinic delivers that model locally: a CARF-accredited Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) focused on medication-assisted treatment combined with counseling.
The clinical foundation is medication-assisted treatment. Patients can be stabilized on methadone or buprenorphine (Suboxone) under the supervision of the clinic’s medical and counseling staff, with take-home medication earned through the standard federal milestone-based system. Counseling is integrated into every patient’s plan and includes individual sessions and an intensive outpatient program option for those who need more clinical contact than standard outpatient dosing allows. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the primary modality used by the counseling team.
New Season’s stated focus is patient retention as the most reliable predictor of long-term recovery success. The network publishes 30-day, 3-month, and 6-month retention rates above the national averages reported by JAMA Network, and the Biloxi center participates in that performance reporting. Patient population for this site includes pregnant women, seniors, men, women, and adults broadly. Pregnant women are accepted with appropriate clinical coordination, and seniors are accommodated through scheduling flexibility.
Supportive services round out the program. The Engage Mobile App helps patients track their treatment journey, and telehealth visits and the mobile medication unit extend access for clients who cannot always travel to the Pass Road clinic. Primary care services are available on site for patients who would otherwise be without a primary provider. Payment is accepted through Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, state insurance, self-pay, and financial assistance for qualifying patients. New patients can reach the clinic at (228) 207-1248 or the New Season national line at 1-877-284-7074.
