Casa Palmera is a Southern California residential treatment center located at 14750 El Camino Real in Del Mar, operating as part of the Discovery Addiction Services family. With more than 20 years of operating history and over 5,500 patients served, the facility provides a full continuum of care for adults navigating substance use disorder, mental health conditions, and co-occurring presentations. The facility’s clinical model spans four levels of care delivered on or near the Del Mar campus. Medical detox provides supervised stabilization for clients arriving with active substance dependence. Partial Hospitalization (PHP) provides full-day clinical programming while clients return home or to housing in the evening, and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) offers partial-day treatment for those needing structured care alongside daily life.
