Eastside Outpatient Services at 445 East Sherman Boulevard in Muskegon is a community-based outpatient substance use clinic offering Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) alongside counseling and structured outpatient programming. The clinic uses methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol as the medication backbone of recovery and pairs every medication plan with the behavioral therapy that turns short-term stabilization into long-term change.
Clinical care begins with a master’s-level Substance Use Disorder assessment to determine the appropriate level of care. Patients who meet criteria for outpatient MAT are inducted on the medication that best matches their use history and clinical profile. Individual counseling with the master’s-level team provides space to address co-occurring depression, anxiety, and trauma, while group counseling extends the work to peer-based skill building, relapse prevention, and lifestyle change. The Intensive Outpatient Program adds structure for patients who need more support than weekly counseling without entering residential care.
