About Futures of Palm Beach
Futures of Palm Beach is a Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment center situated on a private, gated 9-acre campus at 701 N Old Dixie Highway in Jupiter, Florida. Founded in 2012, the facility operates 24 hours a day and is structured to provide a full continuum of care — from detox through long-term residential programming — within a single campus setting. Its Palm Beach County location makes it accessible to individuals across South Florida seeking structured, medically supported withdrawal management and addiction treatment.
The facility’s levels of care span detox, residential treatment, residential mental health, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for mental health, and an outpatient intensive program (IOP). This range allows clients to step down through levels of care without transitioning to an unfamiliar setting. Detox is the entry point for many clients requiring supervised withdrawal management before moving into residential programming.
Futures of Palm Beach takes a clinically grounded approach, with therapeutic methods including EMDR, DBT, CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Physical Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Deep TMS. The clinical team includes credentialed leadership across multiple disciplines — including a PhD, LCSW, CSAT at the CEO level and licensed clinicians directing each program track. Co-occurring conditions treated include trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and primary mental health conditions alongside substance use disorder.
The center serves adults 18 and older, with dedicated programming for first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, and professionals and high-net-worth individuals. The private campus — featuring private bedrooms, private bathrooms, a wellness center and spa, gym, art studio, physical therapy center, and library — is designed for those who require discretion and a comprehensive clinical environment. Alumni programming and family programming extend support beyond the primary treatment episode.
