About
About Isaiah House
Isaiah House is located at 2084 Main Street in Willisburg, Kentucky. Founded in 1999 in Boyle County as a small in-home ministry, the program now runs a statewide network of campuses, recovery houses, and outpatient locations. The Willisburg site coordinates the full continuum of care for men and serves as the central administrative hub for Isaiah House operations.
Clinical care is delivered through SAMHSA-confirmed levels including medical detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP), and standard outpatient services. The model blends evidence-based behavioral health counseling – anchored in cognitive behavioral therapy – with faith-based spiritual guidance, peer support, and a holistic emphasis on lifelong recovery. Isaiah House also incorporates the NET Recovery device, a neuro-electric therapy tool used to ease the early days of withdrawal and stabilization.
The demographic reach is unusual for Kentucky. In 2022, Isaiah House treated residents from 115 of the Commonwealth’s 120 counties, with approximately 90% of clients reporting incomes below 138% of the federal poverty level and roughly half arriving homeless. The organization deliberately serves veterans, young adults, seniors, court-ordered admissions, and clients with HIV/AIDS, trauma, or co-occurring mental health conditions. Programming is segregated by gender across separate county campuses, with the Willisburg site dedicated to men’s residential treatment.
Isaiah House holds CARF accreditation and is licensed by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Clients can pay through Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, private insurance, or self-pay. Beyond clinical work, Isaiah House layers in education and workforce development to address the employment gaps that often derail early recovery. Admissions can be reached at (859) 375-9200 or admissions@isaiah-house.org.
