About
About Oxford Treatment Center
Oxford Treatment Center is one of Mississippi’s larger drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs, operating on a natural-setting campus in Etta as an American Addiction Centers facility. The center has supported more than 11,000 patients across its history, with a team that reports more than 400 years of combined addiction treatment experience.
The continuum of care begins with hospital-based medical detox, where 24/7 medical supervision manages acute withdrawal. Patients then transition into inpatient residential rehab, designed to remove daily distractions so clients can focus fully on recovery. Step-down options include outpatient services and a sober living program that bridges the gap between residential treatment and independent life. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a core modality, with treatment plans individualized to each patient’s history, co-occurring conditions, and goals.
A dedicated Veterans Recovery Track — branded Salute to Recovery — caters specifically to military service members and Veterans. The program is PsychArmor Veteran Ready certified, an independent designation that recognizes organizations equipped to meet Veterans’ clinical needs. American Sign Language services support deaf and hard-of-hearing clients, ensuring equitable access to care.
Oxford Treatment Center is accredited by The Joint Commission, certified by LegitScript for ethical healthcare practices, and holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. The clinical leadership team includes Executive Director Paige Havens, M.Ed., NCC, LPC; Medical Director Dr. Lucas Trautman, MD, MPH, ABPN, ABPM; and Clinical Director Martinese Fitzpatrick, M.Ed, LPC-S, NCC. Private insurance and self-pay are accepted; prospective clients can verify benefits instantly through the facility’s online tool.
