About Pacific Crest Trail Detox
Pacific Crest Trail Detox is a Joint Commission-accredited addiction treatment center located at 10600 SE McLoughlin Boulevard, Suite 207, in Milwaukie, Oregon, serving the greater Portland metropolitan area and Clackamas County. Founded by Benjamin and Jennifer, with Darin serving as Medical Director, the program is built around the philosophy of providing high-quality detoxification and continuing care in a warm, home-like environment.
The continuum of care spans the full range of outpatient and detoxification services. Programming includes medical detox, sub-acute detox, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, standard outpatient services, and a structured drug rehab aftercare program. Medication-Assisted Therapy is integrated throughout, supporting clients withdrawing from opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol, and other substances. A dedicated DUII treatment track serves clients referred through the justice system after impaired driving offenses.
Clinically, Pacific Crest Trail Detox emphasizes evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, individual counseling, group therapy, alcohol detox counseling, and structured relapse prevention. The team treats a range of substance use disorders including opioid, benzodiazepine, alcohol, heroin, and prescription drug dependence, alongside co-occurring trauma and PTSD. A specialized LGBTQ+ outpatient drug program is offered to ensure inclusive, identity-affirming recovery for clients who often feel underserved by mainstream addiction treatment.
Pacific Crest Trail Detox is in-network with many private insurance plans and accepts TRICARE and self-pay. The program does not currently accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Admissions counselors can verify insurance, schedule consultations, and coordinate referrals from medical professionals 24/7. Programming is delivered in English; the admissions line is (844) 601-0720, with additional contact via (855) 770-0577.
