Serenity Lane has been one of Oregon’s most recognized nonprofit addiction treatment organizations since 1973. With its Coburg campus headquartered at 1 Serenity Lane and outpatient locations in Eugene, Portland, Bend, Albany, Roseburg, and Salem, the organization provides a statewide continuum of care for adults and young adults dealing with alcohol and other drug use disorders.
The Coburg campus is fully licensed as a Detox Medical Center for medically supervised withdrawal management and houses inpatient residential treatment in a setting designed for 7-day-a-week admissions. From there, clients can step down through a partial hospitalization day treatment program, intensive outpatient, and standard outpatient care at Serenity Lane’s regional sites. Medication-assisted treatment is integrated where clinically indicated, and the program has dedicated specialty tracks for first responders and healthcare professionals — populations whose recovery often intersects with job-related stressors, licensure boards, and monitoring programs.
Serenity Lane treats a broad range of substances commonly seen in Oregon communities, including alcohol, methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, prescription stimulants, and benzodiazepines. The organization also operates DUII (driving under the influence of intoxicants) services in coordination with Oregon’s court system, and provides a family program to engage loved ones in the recovery process.
