Therapeutics LLC is a Joint Commission-accredited outpatient Opioid Treatment Program with four Michigan clinics — Monroe, Walled Lake, Ann Arbor, and Pontiac — operating under the leadership of Program Director Deidre V. Goldsmith, a Founding Partner and Masters-level Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. The Monroe office at 3250 North Monroe Street, Suite 2 serves adults across Monroe County and the surrounding southeastern Michigan region with medication-assisted treatment and integrated wraparound services for Opioid Use Disorder.
The clinical model is built around the SUD Health Home, a holistic approach that integrates medical, behavioral, and social services. Patients receive medical assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing health education through the medical services team. Clinical Director Melinda Lynch, LCSW — a certified supervisor in substance abuse — leads the counseling team, which delivers individual counseling, group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and trauma-informed care. Consulting Doctor Theresa Stanton, an anesthesiologist specializing in addiction medicine, provides clinical oversight, and Operations Manager Christina Strimpel runs operations across the network including the Jail MAT programs.
Medication-Assisted Treatment is at the heart of the program. Therapeutics specializes in evidence-based MAT for clients with opioid dependence, helping them achieve and sustain an illicit-drug-free lifestyle. Telehealth services extend access to counseling, medication management, and recovery support remotely, which matters in a four-clinic Michigan network where some clients live well outside the immediate Monroe area. Jail MAT programs bring MAT into correctional settings for justice-involved clients — a population that traditionally faces high overdose risk after release.
Therapeutics accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and self-pay. The team operates a peer-support program drawing on individuals with lived experience in recovery, and case managers help clients address housing, employment, legal, and social needs that often determine whether MAT can succeed long term.
