About Weber Recovery Center
Weber Recovery Center operates from 2740 Pennsylvania Avenue in Ogden, Utah, in Weber County north of Salt Lake City. The program is structured around a trauma-informed, peer-supported model that treats each client as a whole person rather than as a label, blending clinical rigor with a real-world atmosphere where mentors who have walked their own recovery journeys help shape the day-to-day experience.
Clinically, Weber Recovery offers a continuum that includes social detoxification, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient programming. The IOP runs as a 12-week program in both in-person and virtual formats, designed for clients balancing recovery with work and family life. Group sessions are led by master’s-level clinicians and certified peers. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is overseen by a Medical Director experienced in addiction medicine, who manages addiction and psychiatric medications across all levels of care.
The program treats adults living with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Therapeutic methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, psychosocial rehabilitation, life skills education, and relapse prevention skills. Mindfulness, meditation, and family healing are woven through the model, and clients participate in recreation as part of recovery, with an on-site gym, ping-pong, pool, air hockey, and foosball, as well as outdoor space with a barbeque pit. Meals are dietician-approved.
Weber Recovery accepts Medicaid, private insurance, TRICARE, sliding-scale arrangements, and self-pay. SAMHSA records indicate the program serves men, including court-ordered clients, and treats trauma and PTSD alongside addiction. The clinic operates an admissions line at (385) 280-6537 in addition to the main number.
