The program holds Joint Commission accreditation and operates as an in-network or out-of-network provider for most major commercial insurance plans, with insurance verification offered by phone or web. Self-pay arrangements are also accepted. Scottsdale Providence does not accept TRICARE, Medicaid, or Medicare for substance use treatment.
