About Vogue Recovery Center
Vogue Recovery Center operates a Phoenix campus at 4122 North 17th Street that serves as the Arizona half of a two-state organization with a companion location in Las Vegas. The Phoenix program functions as a full-continuum substance use and co-occurring mental health provider, taking adults from medically supervised detox through residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and standard outpatient care under one clinical organization.
Clinically, the program is built around evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, and interpersonal therapy, complemented by group, family, and individual sessions. The Vogue approach also incorporates holistic services such as nutrition counseling, life skills training, and structured family programming. Medication-assisted treatment and medication management are available to support clients managing opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, and co-occurring psychiatric conditions, with dual diagnosis treatment integrated across levels of care.
The range of conditions treated is unusually broad. Vogue addresses every major substance class—alcohol, stimulants such as cocaine and methamphetamine, opioids including fentanyl and heroin, benzodiazepines, and hallucinogens—alongside mental health disorders ranging from anxiety and depression to ADHD, PTSD, and personality and psychotic disorders. Specialized tracks include programs for veterans, pregnant women, seniors, and patients managing chronic pain.
Leadership in Arizona is anchored by Executive Director James McCreary, MS, Clinical Director Kristin Hale, MS, LPC, and Director of Nursing Ryan Smith, MS. The program holds Joint Commission accreditation, runs free insurance verifications, and accepts Medicaid, TRICARE, and major commercial plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield. An alumni program and sober living option extend the continuum well past discharge.
