About

About Harbor Devlac Hall

Harbor Devlac Hall is the Devlac Grove Drive women’s residential rehab campus operated by Harbor in Bowling Green, Ohio. Harbor is one of Ohio’s longest-running behavioral health nonprofits — serving more than 30,000 youth, adults, seniors, and families annually across mental health, substance use disorder, telehealth, vocational, and primary care services — and the Devlac Hall site focuses specifically on residential substance use treatment for women.

What makes the Devlac Hall program distinctive is its accommodation of pregnant women, post-partum women, and mothers with young children. Children ages 0-5 are welcome to stay with their mothers during residential treatment, removing one of the most common barriers women face when seeking inpatient care. Treatment is delivered through residential programming with step-down outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) options inside the Harbor network.

Clinical care is grounded in evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, individual and group counseling, and trauma-informed care. Harbor is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). The system serves a broad set of populations — adolescents, young adults, veterans, seniors, court-referred clients, and people living with HIV/AIDS — across its 100-plus-year history in Northwest Ohio.

Harbor accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, TRICARE, state insurance, and self-pay. New patient intake runs through the Access Center at 419-475-4449 (or 1-800-475-4449), with Mental Health Urgent Care walk-ins available at sister Harbor sites for clients of any age regardless of insurance. The Devlac Hall front-door number is 419-352-6460.
